We only accept returns or exchanges in the following condition:

No Returns for Size Issues
We provide detailed size information for every product listed on our website. We request customers to refer to the size chart carefully before placing the order.

Reporting an Issue
If you have received a damaged product or have a genuine concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage

Approval & Resolution
- Once we review your request and verify the issue, we will offer a replacement for the same product or an exchange, depending on stock availability.
- Refunds will be issued only if the product is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided.
Important Notes
- Returns without proper proof or sent after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
